An Insight into Cross-Chain Routing

Blockchain is a new technology that has the potential to improve many different types of information systems. The applications and the platform on which they are developed must be able to connect and communicate with one another in this regard. The present blockchain platforms, on the other hand, have a number of drawbacks, including a lack of compatibility between different systems.

Existing blockchain application platforms only work within their own networks. Despite the fact that the basic technology is comparable, it is dependent on centralized third-party mediators to exchange or retrieve data from other blockchain networks.

Currently, third-party intermediaries provide trust and security by maintaining a centralized ledger to manage ‘account balances’ and vouch for the legitimacy of transactions. In decentralized systems, the inability of independent blockchains to communicate with one another is an inherent challenge.

The mainstream use of blockchain is hampered by a lack of proper inter-blockchain connectivity. It is clear that blockchain technology has the potential to be an appropriate solution for some systems provided it can grow and interface with other systems.

To make the multisystem blockchain concept a reality, a mechanism is needed to link and communicate with various entities’ blockchain systems in a distributed (no intermediate) form while maintaining the trust and integrity generated by individual blockchains.

Cross-Chain Routing in Rubic

After finally achieving the first true cross-chain swap feature, we are excited to announce the official launch of our Rubic Cross-chain Routing feature.

With the launch of Rubic, there is now a light at the end of the cross-chain tunnel. Unlike other projects, it has created a truly working cross-chain swap solution that is both practical and attractive.

Cross-chain routing is similar to a regular swap. Instead of sending tokens to a specific address, the user only needs to select a token in the source network and enter the amount to be exchanged.

The main difference between the market and Rubic is that it’s a complete solution that combines the various steps of a transaction into one.

There are a few points we’d want to clarify:

The GAS fee is not controlled by us. If you decide to implement a trade through swaps and bridges, it will turn out to be the same.

The commission is also charged for each trade. All transactions are subject to a commission fee of 0.3%, which will be charged for each trade.

We also want to make it clear that using RBC for all transactions is absolutely safe and reliable.

We have a restriction of 50,000 RBC for now. This will be changed in the future.

About Rubic

Rubic is a multichain DEX aggregator that offers fast and cross-chain swaps for Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Harmony, Tron, and xDai, as well as limit orders and fiat on-ramps. The project’s goal is to create a complete decentralized trading platform that is ONE-STOP FULL-CIRCLE. Rubic.exchange is a platform that allows users to conduct cross-chain swaps utilizing a variety of methods in order to obtain the best prices from all major trading protocols (thanks to a DEX aggregator implementation).

Rubic currently supports Ethereum, Polygon (ex Matic), TRON, xDai, Harmony, and Binance Smart Chain Swaps.
